Portofoliul de proiecte al Bibliotecii Naționale a Republicii Moldova: bunele practici aplicabile în bibliotecă

Abstract

Articolul pune în valoare tendințele de dezvoltare a portofoliului de proiecte ale Bibliotecii Naționale a Republicii Moldova, instrumentele de lucru și elementele-cheie asupra cărora trebuie să atragă atenția un manager de proiect. Sunt reflectate așa aspecte ca timpul și fluiditatea, importanța strategiei organizaționale, prezența elementelor de sprijin, rezultate planificate și neplanificate, creativitatea, partea psihologică a proceselor de comunicare în cadrul proiectului.

The article highlights the development trends of the portfolio of projects in the National Library of the Republic of Moldova, the working tools and the key elements to which a project manager have to draw his attention. Aspects such as time and fluidity, the importance of the organizational strategy, the presence of support elements, planned and unplanned results, creativity, the psychological part of the communication processes within the project are discussed.
