Abstract

Articolul reflectă experiența Bibliotecii Publice Raionale Taraclia privind atragerea voluntarilor. Autorul specifică importanța și necesitatea procesului reieșind din prevederile organismelor internaționale de profi l, cadrului legislativ și de reglementare național, dar și a experienței bibliotecii. Conține recomandări concrete de implicare a voluntarilor în activitatea bibliotecii.

The article reflects the experience of the Taraclia District Library in attracting volunteers to library activity. The author specifies the importance and necessity of this process based on provisions of the profi le international organizations, the national legislative and regulatory framework, besides on the current experience of her library. Practical recommendations for the involvement of volunteers in the library’s tasksare included.
