Articolul reflectă practicile Bibliotecii Municipale „Mihail Sadoveanu”, Soroca, privind studiile de istorie locală, prin aplicarea tehnicilor
și tehnologiilor informaționale. Drept urmare, biblioteca a diversificat serviciile/produsele oferite comunității – baze de date, publicații accesibile integral online.
The article reflects the practices of the “Mihail Sadoveanu" Municipal Library in Soroca regarding the studies of local history, where new information techniques and technologies were applied. Accordingly the library has diversified services and products to offer to community, such as databases, publications full text accessible online.
