Abstract
Autorii insistă asupra importanței strategiei de dezvoltare a bibliotecii ca parte integrantă a contextului organizațional al acesteia. Este descris conținutul Strategiei de dezvoltare a Bibliotecii Publice Raionale Briceni pentru anii 2020/2024, considerând utilă experiența acesteia. Strategia este prezentată ca un instrument (modalitate) managerială majoră de profesionalizare a instituției, contribuind la menținerea/dezvoltarea competitivității bibliotecii și recunoașterea indispensabilității acesteia în comunitate
The authors insist on importance of the library development strategy as an integral part of its organizational context, and describe the content of the Development Strategy of the Briceni Regional Public Library for the years 2020-2024, which grew from previous experience of this library. The strategy is presented as a major managerial tool (method) for professionalizing the institution, contribution to maintaining / developing the competitiveness of the library and recognizing its essential role in the community.
