Prezentul material este axat pe lucrarea „Cetățeni de onoare ai orășelului Șoldănești”, elaborată în anul 2020 de către Rita Melnic, sub egida Bibliotecii Publice Orășenești Șoldănești. Autorul relevă specificul și impactul studiului, considerându-l un exemplu de preluat de către bibliotecile publice teritoriale.This material is focused on the work : „Honorary citizens of Soldanesti”, developed in 2020 by Rita Melnic, under the auspices of the Soldanesti Public Library.
