Managementul de proiecte și imaginea bibliotecii publice în comunitate

Abstract

Articolul oglindeşte experiența Bibliotecii Publice Raionale „Mihai Eminescu” Fălești, privind promovarea imaginii pozitive a bibliotecii în comunitate prin intermediul proiectelor, programelor susținute financiar de diverse instituții, ONGuri locale, naționale sau internaționale, aplicând managementul de calitate. Poziţionarea strategică a bibliotecii s-a înscris în inițiativa-cheie profesională a anului 2023: „Îmbunătățirea operării și managementului de bibliotecă”.This article reflects the experience of the "Mihai Eminescu" District Public Library Fălești regarding the promotion of the library's positive image in the community, applying quality management through projects and programs financially supported by various institutions: local, national or international NGOs. The strategic positioning of the library is a part of the most important professional initiative of the year 2023 - "Improving library operation and management".
