Evaluarea necesităților informaționale ale utilizatorilor în Biblioteca Știinţifică a Academiei de Studii Economice din Moldova

Abstract

Biblioteca trebuie să plaseze necesitățile utilizatorilor în centrul preocupărilor sale, dezvoltând servicii noi, bazate pe tehnologii avansate cu un sistem de informare și documentare bine dotat. Sondajul de evaluare a necesităților utilizatorilor Bibliotecii Științifice a ASEM oferă suport pentru evidențierea de noi strategii de dezvoltare în sfera serviciilor informaționale. Sondajul a fost realizat prin chestionarul online, acesta conținând 15 întrebări, inclusiv: întrebări închise, deschise și semiînchise, de scală cu răspunsuri ierarhizate.The library must place the needs of users at the center of its concerns, develope new services based on advanced technologies with a wellequipped information and documentation system. Evaluation survey of assessing the needs of users of the ASEM Scientifi c Library provides support for highlighting new development strategies in the fi eld of information services. The survey conducted with the help of online questionnaire included 15 questions: closed questions, open and semi-closed questions, and scale questions with hierarchical answers.
