Interpretarea filosofică a infrastructurii biblioteconomice. Reflecții pe marginea unui proiect de reglementare elaborat de Alexe Rău

Abstract

Articolul reflectă contribuțiile biblioteconomice ale biblioteconomistului Alexe Rău în elaborarea cadrului de reglementare național. Este analizat proiectul de document „Regulament privind sistemul infrastructural biblioteconomic integrat din cadrul sistemului naţional de biblioteci”, elaborat în ianuarie–februarie 2015. Chiar dacă a rămas la nivel de proiect, documentul prezintă interes din punct de vedere al scopului şi conţinutului activităţii metodologice, al terminologiei de specialitate.

This article reflects the contributions of the library science specialist Alexe Rău in the development of the country’s library regulation framework. The draft of the document developed in january- february 2015, entitled "Regulation regarding the integrated biblioeconomic infrastructural system within the national librarianship system" is analyzed. Even though it remained at the project level, the document is of keen interest from the point of view of the purpose and content of methodological activity and specialized terminology.
